COVID-19 HANDOVER PROTOCOL IN PLACE

WE ARE PLEASED TO CONFIRM THAT WE ARE OPEN SUBJECT TO UPDATED HANDOVER PROTOCOLS. DETAILED INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ON CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING.

INFORMATION

Booking Time

Your appointment and check in/out times are specific and arranged so that no more than one client is on site. Please ensure you arrive within ten minutes either side of your allocated time so that our guests are not kept waiting longer than necessary. 

If you happen to arrive more than 10-15 minutes early, please wait at the bottom of the drive in your car. We regret to inform you that if you are more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment or check in/out we will contact you to rearrange; charging accordingly.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to arrival due to potential contagion. If you are unsure whether your dog is covered please speak to your vet and ask that the following have been vaccinated against:

  • Lepto (updated yearly)

  • DHP (updated every three years)

  • KC (updated yearly)

  • Flea, Tick, Worm treatment

Please update the booking system with vaccination and treatment dates prior to arrival.

Finding Us

Our postcode (NN7 4DZ) will take you directly to Riding Hill Farm

  • go up the drive past the house

  • park opposite the white building

  • reception door marked by stone dog figurines

On Arrival

  • please wait in your car and phone 07891 742 221

  • please use provided hand sanitiser before entering and on leaving the building

  • maintain social distance and observe the marked areas within reception

  • bring food items into reception first, placing on the bench to the left of the door

  • please bring your dog in on lead; attach our lead at the end of reception desk to your dogs' collar/harness and remove your lead to take home

  • bring in one dog at a time

  • we will ask owners to leave promptly so that dogs can be wiped down and all personal items cleaned on arrival

Induction

​We are currently accepting new client inductions with some changes to our usual routine:

  • on booking you will be sent a virtual tour of the premises. We regret to inform you that due to social distancing measures we are unable to show you around in person

  • please follow the handover instructions as above

  • owners leave dogs for a few hours, in which they get to know their surroundings (treats essential - we supply Gluten Free dried meat & veg treats; please bring your own if these are unsuitable)

  • at collection we discuss dog's behaviour and whether they would be happy to stay again

Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking; balance due 24 hours before arrival. We will only be able to accept BACS or credit/debit card payment via online link.​
